What triggers a refund
You read the report and decide it didn't earn its price — for any reason. No qualification needed. Strategy changed mid-month, sections didn't apply, you simply didn't find it useful: all valid. The bar for "earned its price" is yours.
How the refund works
Reply to the delivery email within 14 days. Refund hits the original payment method within 5 business days, same business day if before 12:00 CET. The hosted link is revoked on refund — what's already on your disk stays with you. No win-back, no negotiation.

What triggers a refund
Bespoke work, so the refund bar is different. We co-sign a 5-7 point scope brief before work starts; that brief is the contract. If the finished report doesn't address all points, you get one free revision round. If specific brief-points still fail after revision, refund is pro-rated against the unaddressed points — or kept as Quintara credit at 1.5× face value (€297 → €445).
How the refund works
Reply to the delivery email naming the unmet brief-points. We revise once. If the revision still misses, refund moves the same business day if before 12:00 CET. "I just don't find it useful" isn't a Deep-Dive refund trigger — that's what the scope brief exists to prevent up-front.

What triggers a refund
Monthly: cancel from the customer portal anytime, no win-back. First month fully refundable for 14 days. Annual: 14-day full-refund window from the day the subscription starts. After 14 days on annual, pro-rated refund on the unused months minus 20% restocking — that's the annual discount returned to us, not a penalty. Month-2 quality bar: if month 2 delivers no new findings, new competitors tracked, or new positioning shifts vs month 1, we refund the full year on request — annual or monthly. The bar is the deliverable doing different work, not your strategy changing.
How the refund works
One-click cancel inside your account. For a refund within window, reply "refund" to any delivery email — handled the same business day. For the month-2 quality-bar refund, reply to the month-2 delivery email naming where it didn't differentiate; we honour or contest within one business day. Access to the Pulse archive is revoked on refund; the link in your inbox stops working. Past months' content already downloaded stays yours.

How we keep it honest.Refunds revoke the hosted link the same hour the refund settles. The same identity buying again triggers manual review — we don’t block, we read the second brief carefully. Refund and delivery numbers will be published here quarterly once we’ve shipped enough briefs for the figures to mean something.
