Starter Report — €47
14-day money back, no questions. If, within 14 days of delivery, you decide the report did not earn its price, we refund 100% of what you paid. No qualification needed. No exit survey. No win-back attempt.
The bar for “earned its price” is yours. Strategy changed mid-month, sections didn’t apply to your context, you simply didn’t find it useful — all valid.
Deep-Dive Report — €297
Scope-brief contract. Bespoke work has a falsifiable refund bar, not a subjective one. Before research begins, we co-sign a 5-7 point scope brief — that brief is the contract.
If the finished report doesn’t address all points, you get one free revision round. If specific brief-points still fail after revision, refund is pro-rated against the unaddressed points. You can also take the refund as Quintara credit at 1.5× face value (€297 cash refund → €445 credit toward any future Quintara product).
“I just don’t find it useful” isn’t a Deep-Dive refund trigger. That’s what the scope brief exists to prevent up-front — if a Deep-Dive isn’t the right product, we tell you in the scope-confirmation reply before the clock starts.
Pulse — €67/mo or €670/yr
Cancel anytime. Pulse is one-click cancel from inside your account. Cancellation stops future charges immediately.
Monthly: first month fully refundable for 14 days. After that, cancel anytime — past months stand.
Annual: 14-day full-refund window from the day the subscription starts. After 14 days, pro-rated refund on the unused months minus 20% restocking. The restocking is the annual discount returned to us, not a penalty — exiting mid-year, you pay roughly the same effective rate as a monthly subscriber, no less and no more.
Month-2 quality bar.Pulse exists because compounding context beats a one-shot read. If month 2 doesn’t deliver something visibly different from month 1 — new findings, new competitors tracked, new positioning shifts — reply to the month-2 delivery email and we refund the year on request. Applies to both billing periods. The bar is the brief doing different work, not your strategy changing. We honour or contest within one business day.
How to request a refund
Reply to your delivery email with one paragraph (or just the word “refund” in the subject line), or email business@quintara-reports.com with your order ID. Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method. Same business day if requested before 12:00 CET.
Access revocation on refund
Quintara delivers reports through a personal /d/{token}link in your inbox. When a refund settles, that link is revoked — the next time you click it, it returns 410 Gone. What you’ve already downloaded to your own disk stays with you; only the hosted copy goes dark.
Continuing to use a delivered asset after a refund (e.g. circulating it internally, using it as the basis for a paid engagement with a third party) is a breach of these Terms and grounds for re-charging the original purchase price.
Identity flagging after refund
We log the identity (normalized email, payment processor customer ID, billing name) of every refunded order to prevent abuse. A refunded identity attempting to re-purchase doesn’t get auto-blocked — it triggers manual review. We read the second brief carefully. If it’s a legitimate re-engagement on a different product or with a clearer scope, we accept it. If the pattern looks abusive, we may decline.
Citation re-issue
If a specific citation in your report fails to verify, we re-issue the affected section at no charge within 7 days. We don’t refund partially for citation issues — we fix them.
Chargebacks
We’d much rather you reply with “refund” than file a chargeback — the refund moves faster (often the same day) and doesn’t cost either of us the dispute fee. If you do file a chargeback we’ll cooperate in good faith; if the chargeback is filed without a prior refund request and our records show the delivery was made, we may submit our evidence to the issuer.
What we publish
Once we’ve shipped enough briefs for the figures to mean something, we will publish quarterly refund + delivery numbers on this page. Honest numbers beat self-serving copy.
